High energy density in the reaction cavity, along with a vertical rotary design, which maximizes the availability of reaction gases to sample granules, makes this design perfect for production of powder ceramics and powder metals.
Our continuous microwave vertical furnaces are currently being used for the production of ferroalloys, powdered metal carbides and nitrides, such as VN, SiFe-N, MnFe-N, MnN, CrN, TiC and CrFe-N.
