First microwave pusher furnace unveiled at international conference.

During the conference, the host company unveiled the world's first industrial microwave pusher furnace. Synotherm Corporations MW1516T is a completely automated high-temperature continuous microwave furnace. This third-generation continuous microwave furnace, which was demonstrated for conference attendees, is a stand-alone model of a broader design that can be integrated into a production line.

The demonstration model produces about 1kg of ceramic powder and parts, and up to 2.0kg of metal powder and parts in about 15 minutes, which corresponds to a production rate between up to100kg of ceramic material and about 200kg of metallic material per 24-hour period. The demonstration unit is about a third the size of the unit being sold to manufacturers in China.
