The 13th China National Conference on Microwave Power Application

Researchers and company representatives from six nations gathered together in Changsha City to discuss innovations in microwave processing technology. The 13th China National Conference on Microwave Power Application is a biannual platform for information sharing between the leading researchers in microwave power applications. Invited lectures were given by key figures in the field, such as Robert F. Schiffmann, a pioneer in industrial microwave heating technology, Rajender S. Varma, a renown chemical engineer working for the U.S.EPA, Dr. Matoyasu Sato, a professor and director at the National Institute for Fusion Science in Japan, Dinesh Agrawal, the Director of Microwave Processing and Engineering Center at Penn State University.
